Which products does the store offer?

How do delivery fees and estimates work?

The delivery choices and charges depend on the address entered at checkout. Allow 1–2 business days for processing after payment authorization and an estimated 4–6 business days in transit after shipping. These estimates exclude weekends and applicable holidays and do not guarantee a date. Tracking information and exceptions are covered by Shipping Policy.

Are preference-based returns accepted?

No: changing your mind, choosing the wrong size or option and no-reason requests are not covered by our voluntary returns. Problems such as damage, defects, wrong items, missing components or a significant description mismatch should be reported within 30 calendar days of delivery. Approval must come before the return. Legally protected rights still apply; see Refund Policy.

How long does an approved refund take?

We initiate the refund to the payment method originally used within 10 calendar days after approval. Additional time may be needed for the financial provider to display the credit.
