Shipping Policy

Before you place an order

Checkout identifies the destinations and delivery services available for the address you provide, together with their charges. Please review those details before payment. We do not assume a shipping promotion applies to every order.

Two stages of delivery

Allow around 1–2 business days for us to process an order after payment is successfully authorized. The journey after shipment is estimated at 4–6 business days. Processing and transportation are counted separately, with weekends and relevant public holidays excluded. An estimate is not a promise to arrive on a particular day.

Addresses and tracking updates

A complete and accurate address helps the carrier deliver correctly. Check unit numbers and postal details as well as the street and city. Tell us quickly if you notice an error; a dispatched parcel may be beyond our ability to amend. Where tracking is available, use its updates, noting that initial scans can be delayed.

Lost, late or damaged parcels

If tracking stalls, a parcel cannot be found despite a delivery scan, or the shipment arrives damaged, email yigajidarodu06@gmail.com. Include the order reference and tracking information. Check nearby delivery spots first, and retain damaged packaging with photos of affected items. Carrier enquiries, seasonal demand and other disruption can extend resolution times. We assess the case without limiting rights provided by law.
