Appropriate use

Access the store only for lawful purposes. Do not disrupt its services, impersonate others, misuse personal information or attempt dishonest transactions. Intellectual-property rights in site content and brand assets belong to the applicable rights holders.

Choosing goods and placing orders

Check each product’s information and the option you select. We work to describe goods accurately, while recognizing that screen appearance and occasional mistakes may vary. Statutory protections for materially inaccurate descriptions still apply. An order submits a purchase offer that requires acceptance and available stock; payment authorization or an acknowledgement is not necessarily acceptance by itself.

Amounts and authorization

The checkout shows the relevant USD amounts, quantities, taxes and delivery costs for review. Payments require authorization and may be verified. Should a significant description or price error arise, its handling must respect applicable law and the rights associated with an accepted purchase.

Service commitments

Consult Shipping Policy for order preparation and transit estimates. Our problem-item process is explained in Refund Policy. We do not disclaim delivery or product responsibilities that the law prevents us from excluding.

Future revisions and questions
